I got it !

Well, after driving here, driving there I am following my heart and found an awesome chiropractor in San Rafael to work with. Will work out the details next week, then will find a place to live. Meeting a lot of great chiropractors and other people. Cooking for Eliz and Rich tonight, which will be fun, I like to cook. I have not cooked beef in decades, but will be easy. Running a race this Sunday from Sausalito seaside town (north of San Francisco) over Golden Gate Bridge to Fisherman's wharf. Should be a lot of fun, need to be at registration at 6:30, am to my none race buddies. Tomorrow, I will be going to West Coast live, a live radio show in the area, that I have listened to for maybe two decades, but never attended, very exciting. And will try to get picked to put on a survival suit and hang out in the Bay, very cool literally in all aspects. This is going to be an awesome year and very exciting. Oh have to take a pic of my car, since it came here with my two bike on top. I have been finding lots of veg. burritos beans and tofu, wow and Trader Joe's everywhere. Already had my oil changed in the Acura. The Marin dealership is awesome, super friendly, great coffee, wifi, took me without an appt, yes I look after everything and one who looks after me. Oh the restaurants, you name the country I have probably seen it and reasonably priced. window shopping at this point, too busy, but will try them all, and lots of veg and vegan places. I was down Silicon Valley, Apple, HP, Google area, seeing people from all across the world! I am going to kick butt, help a lot of people and fly back to see my east coast and Colorado buddies asap! Made SF

Hey I am in San Francisco, got in around 9pm after stopping and having a great dinner at Whole Foods in Palo Alto. I was planning on staying down there, but my wonderful cousins Elizabeth and Richard were expecting me, so I will stay a few days. I had a nice drive up from Orange County, took eight hours taking rte. 405 and 101, wonderful scenery. Ready for the new me to continue on my new path. Very exciting.

Wow what a fabulous day. Sorry no pics. Day of chiropractic philosophy, and little practice management. Met docs from all over and spoke with students from Life West etc. Lots of buzz with so many chiropractors and high powered speakers. So happy to have come, food for thought and replenishing the well. Made pages of notes and thoughts. Packing up and on my way to SF (San Francisco). Once I get my books, will pull out those chiro. that I have not read in awhile. Now it is my turn.
