Friday July 24, 2009

I did not go to my CORE meeting last night. Missed it but stayed out walking meeting people in San Mateo. Half is fun, half is not. Best use of my time? Many say yes. Going to seminar Sat. with my CORE buddies which will be good. Lots to do today for the practice and will be out saying hello.

New day

Gorgeous here this morning. My friend below with the great smile is nameless was one of the last things my mom bought. It exemplifies who she was on the inside and outside and someone I strive to be more like. Lots to do more paperwork in gearing up to practice in my new welcoming community. A Big hello to you Lisa, we keep crossing paths. You are one very special person who is making an impact in my life today and in the future. And my local wonderful chiropractor Dr. Nancy Hollis. What a pistol of energy, wisdom and knowledge. Oh, yes I am moving toward working within Dr. Dean Harman of Harman Chiropractic Center of San Mateo. Decades of experience, huge heart knowledge and wisdom. I am building wonderful new relationships out here.

Joan, I am been lax in my yoga and feeling it in my mind and body. Tried Bikram yoga at Red Dragon Yoga in Mill Valley. Awesome place and wish I could continue, but moving south. Last night went to yoga at Meridian Sports Center in San Rafael. Neat place, wow was I out of shape. This despite running daily and some exercise and stretching. Time for Craig to get back to my old routine. One of my housemates is an awesome DPT (Dr. of Physical Therapy) about to take his board exams. Studying up a storm, super guy, rock climbs, gentle giant, I know he will do great in his exams and life. He is from my home state of PA.

Time passes . . .

Hi, well sorry I have been absent in writing. So I am still in SF area and looks like I found a place to hang my hat. I have met some wonderful DC's through out the bay area. Any of whom I would love and be honored to work with and under their roof. A lot more to say and catch up on, but for another day.
