Moving

Don't forget to phone home. Wow time flies I will see about writing weekly or more often. Lets see: Gave my first speech at Toastmasters, it went ok. I have a ways to go with practicing and organizing what I want to say and how it is presented. The club is great, great feedback and very supportive. Also went to my first Chamber of Commerce mixer that was fun and very productive and enjoyed meeting everyone. I also visited the local Thurs. Lunch Rotary meeting. It was a blast and very different than the club I was a member of in PA. Met a lot of very interesting people and some triathletes and runners. The speaker Jean F. I don't have her card here spoke on health care was interesting and I learned she is a big cycling fan and bike/public transportation commuter. She sent me loads of information. It may be nice to live in SF and commute down, but for easier office hours and attention to my patients I found a great place to live 5 miles away and will bike to work if I don't need the car for meetings. Hopefully this will work out and not too far. Not sure on a gym or yoga studio. I have furniture to buy: Craig's list, IKEA who knows? Visited some of my Leads Club members in my group. Oh I joined both the Leads Club, (like a LeTip to those on the east coast) and Toastmasters helps with giving speeches, the English language etc. by talking excellent people in all.

I have a lot to do with the new practice. Hey come to the best Chiropractor in the Mid-Peninsula in San Mateo, Building a new practice is not easy. But is fun. But I am out of shape. So I am considering putting me on the line with photos and what I do daily in exercise and diet. I have been eating too much and exercising too little. I am not overweight, but have a tummy and soft. I have been doing a little running and biking but a drop in the bucket. Busy weekend. Slept in and woke at 6:45a
