Tweets and Halloween

Over a hundred showed for Halloween tonight.  Lots of smiles from the kids and parents.  Very cool since never had kids come to the farm, apartment or townhouse.  I did two simple pumpkin carvings that turned out ok.  And roasted the seeds.  Still working on connecting my tweets to the blog.

By the way a friend of mine back home came in 3rd in her age group 50-55 at Ironman Worlds in Kona HI last month. Way to go Nancy Smith, You Rock! She works hard but also stays tuned up by my friends and old office mates Drs. Johnny-King Marino and Derek Gearheart in Doylestown, PA.

Where have I been?

Wow, a few weeks ago I was running trails and Lyon Steps in San Francisco. And wham, I bit my tongue, got infected went to the hospital. My tongue healed surprisingly quickly, the MD's attribute this to the blood supply. I contribute it to getting chiropractic adjustments twice a week! I am back running and biking and building my practice. I am finally putting together my W.E.L.L. talks (Wellness Education Lunch n Learn) where I will talk to any group any size who wants me and give several topics of their choice and will provide snacks if desired and not only at lunch either, AM or PM will work too.
