Meditation

Here are some meditative photos I took recently while on my morning run.  Enjoy.

Strengthen our immune system

Being winter (well it does not feel or look like winter to me having spent most of my life in Southeast Pennsylvania) is reminder to keep your immune system strong.  First, Definitely get adjusted regularly for a stronger immune system.  If  your nerves are flowing freely then your lungs, blood etc are working better.  Second, use a neti pot or Nasaline.  This is nasal irrigation that flushes out the nasal canal germs, bacteria and the like, from attaching to the hair follicles in the nose.  Removing this debris, removes greater opportunity for colds, flu or allergies to increase.  Third, shots or vaccinations for flu, H1N1, Pneumovax.  These are personal decisions to be considered.  Do some research and discuss this with your MD/DO/PA and your chiropractor.  Yes or no nothing is without risk.  We are all individuals and such our decisions are made.
