Opportunities

Looking out the window someone just looked and motioned out the window.  There was a large wide rainbow.  And five minutes later it is no longer seen.  Make sure you take and make opportunities.  And take time even if it is fleeting daily to smell the roses or what are roses for you.  Smile for the sake of smiling and be kind to a stranger for it makes both them and you feel good.
