Moving forward on many planes

Finally, officially moving and living in beautiful Santa Rosa.  Office coming together, while waiting for different paperwork to get worked out.  And speaking of working out, while it comes naturally to my running and triathlete buddies, since I left my old club and friends I have not been an Ironman, but more like a Pillsberry Dough Boy.  Not a good sign.  Tomorrow starts a new and expect physical change to take a good six months.  Mindset change is today, put into action tomorrow by biking to new PO Box five miles away.  Dietary habits back to the old me, less is better, less snacking.  Can't eat like I do when I am training if I am not training.  Don't like what you see in the mirror, change be it physical or mental, it is up to each of us.
Ran a short race last weekend, did horribly, but it was a start and hopefully it helped my team's points.
