Sinus blockage and chiropractic adjustments
As you may know I get adjusted one to two times a week. It is what I believe is necessary for me, my body and mind and well being. I have had a bit of a cold and coughing up green gunk. My chiro buddy adjusted me and found my sinuses were out of alignment. She adjusted me and within about four hours my nose started running more, coughing more and more gunk was leaving my body and by the end of the day, I am breathing better and little green crap coming out of me. The power of the adjustment is putting our body back into equilibrium and optimum function. This I want for everyone. I can I not want you to be the best you can be and my community and the world a better place. Love Dr. Craig
Life experiences and priorities
So I am Jewish and been going to a loving new Temple up in Santa Rosa. Important high holy days were the last couple of weeks Rosh Hashana bringing in the new year and Yom Kippur reflection of self and those passed on. The second very solemn also fell on the pediatric seminar series I am taking toward a certification. Which was more important? My profession and moving toward seeing ever younger kids and babies or my religion. A wise new friend reminded me my foundation and the seminar can be taken another time. I grew up in a family where work always took precedence over religion. I chose the other and took time for self and renewal. I am glad I took time to rejuvenate myself.
I also have been running a little and joined the cross county team with my running club the Empire Runners. I am not fast, but if I am a head from a different club I could help my club and so be part of the team. Even though I am going half the speed of many, but excellent motivation and camaraderie.
