Happiness is Unlimited
Don't worry! Happiness levels aren't set in stone!
According to a new report in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, happiness levels can change substantially over time. This contradicts the psychological theory of a "set-point" of happiness, where your ups and downs consistently stabilize over time. So how do we move in a positive direction?
